Our husband-and-wife team brings 50 years of restaurant leadership to the table—literally—by creating every dish in-house without the industrial shortcuts common in chain dining. From our USDA Choice ribeye to our house-brined corned beef and tallow-fried chicken tenders, we hold ourselves to the highest standard of ingredient integrity.
