  • Do you use any seed oils in your kitchen?

    No. We exclusively use beef tallow, avocado oil, and butter in all preparation methods. This includes frying, griddling, and roasting. We do not allow seed oils or seed oil blends anywhere in our scratch kitchen.

  • What does “scratch kitchen” mean at Rise & Shine?

    It means we make everything in-house from raw ingredients—nothing pre-made or processed. From our house-brined meats to hand-whipped sauces and pancake batter, every item is crafted fresh daily to meet our clean label standards.

  • Are your eggs organic or cage-free?

    Yes. We use Chino Valley Ranchers organic cage-free eggs in all egg-based dishes, including omelets, skillets, and benedicts. Our sourcing reflects our commitment to both animal welfare and ingredient quality.

  • Is your food safe for kids with sensitivities?

    While we cannot guarantee allergen-free prep, our dishes contain no artificial colors, no preservatives, and no ultra-processed ingredients—making them a cleaner option for many children with sensitivities.

  • Can I bring my dog? What’s on the pet menu?

    Yes! We’re a dog-friendly restaurant with a dedicated pet menu featuring gluten-free, preservative-free meals made fresh in-house. Your furry family member eats as well as you do—literally.
